Tutorial on Affiliate Marketing for beginners (2022)

 

Before starting the tutorial let me explain what is affiliate marketing and a few terms associated with it. In simple words, chose any product from any online (selling or services) platform. Start promoting the product that you have chosen. When someone buys this product that you are promoting you will get the commission this whole process is affiliate marketing.

Tip: Chose a product in which you have an interest. In this way, you will love what you are doing.

The one term that some of you may have heard before is an affiliate link. Let me explain this term also. When you select a product from any platform (to do the promotion) for example you select a product from amazon, amazon will provide you a link that you have to promote this link is called an affiliate link. So affiliate marketing in three steps would be as follow;

Step 1: Pick the Product

Step 2: Promote the Product

Step 3: Earn Commission

Now let’s start the tutorial. In this tutorial, I will explain to you the whole process of how you can pick an affiliate product and then get an affiliate link and how you can promote that.

In this tutorial, we will take the example of canva. Canva is an online graphic design platform that’s great for making invitations, business cards, Instagram posts, and many more amazing features please check out canva to explore many other options.

Step 1:

Go to canva affiliate program, and click join now as shown in the picture below.

 

After that, you will be on the following page. Fill out all of your required details to make an account with canva

You will receive a verification email

Step 2:

Once everything is done you will end up on the following page.

Click on create a link and you will get one link that link is called the Affiliate link. Now your job is to promote this link and start earning it’s this simple. You don’t need any investment or any training just hard work and patience are required.

Canva will provide you all of the material that is required for promotion as shown in the picture down below.

Step 3:

Now you have all of the material that is required for promotion. The next question comes where to promote it. There are many ways where you can promote. You can promote it on your social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter TikTok, and many more. You can promote it on your website also. Start sending emails to people with your affiliate link.
